Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Austria.
Customers are not required to pay shipping fees or VAT.
(Except for special overweight products or remote areas)

Delivery Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. 

Shipping to Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal and other countries,
Delivery to your address usually takes 6-11 business days. 

Shipping to Italy,
Delivery to your address usually takes 4-8 business days. 

Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated delivery date listed on the product page.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You can track your order using the tracking number provided by the carrier.

Please note that customs clearance, extreme weather, or holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 72 hours to appear in the system.

We partner with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Order Cancellation and Address Changes

Before shipping: Orders can be cancelled or addresses modified.

After shipping: Orders cannot be modified. If you wish to cancel after shipping, we can attempt to intercept the package, but success is not guaranteed. Interception fees range from €50 to €200. If interception fails, you may return the product after delivery, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

We are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services. All orders are shipped from VIA CERVINO 60A, 10155 Turin (TO), Italy, and Via Gallarate 46, 20019 Settimo Milanese (MI), Italy.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or lost, please email support@ruitoosports.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For damaged packages, we may request photos of the item and packaging.
